Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the QBaR Code Vault app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by None Yet Studios (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

The Service Provider (None Yet Studios) does not explicitly collect, store on remote servers, or share any personal information from you (such as your name, email, or phone number).

However, the Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. This includes:

• Internet Protocol (IP) Address: Used by advertising partners to estimate general location (e.g., city/country level) to serve relevant ads.
• Device Information: Such as operating system version, device model, and Advertising ID (ADID).
• Usage Data: Crash logs and performance data to help us fix bugs and improve stability.

2. Camera Access & Device Data

Camera Usage: The Application requires access to your device's camera strictly to scan QR codes and barcodes. Camera frames are processed real-time on your device to detect codes. The Application does not record, capture video clips, or transmit any video feed/images to remote servers.

Local Data Storage: Scanned codes, created codes, custom preferences, and history entries are stored locally on your device. This data remains on your device and is not uploaded or backed up to servers controlled by the Service Provider.

3. Location Data

We respect your privacy. The Application does not request, access, or track your device's precise geographic location (GPS). We do not request "Fine Location" or "Coarse Location" permissions within the app.

Note that third-party advertising networks (like Google AdMob) may infer your approximate location based on your IP address to show relevant advertisements.

4. Third Party Access

We utilize trusted third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding data handling:

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob

5. Children’s Privacy

The Application is a general audience utility tool. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to remove it.

6. Security

We prioritize safeguarding your confidentiality. Because the Application stores history locally and does not transmit sensitive personal data to remote servers, primary app security is enforced by your device's operating system and our third-party ad partners.

7. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
